Not cool, you said there was nothing in it but it was flat next time I stopped, So it becomes buyer beware around there. $20 there for nothing & $54 later on down the road, thanks for that... Avoid if you can, only the locals get quality service...
I took my car to Fletcher Ford in Joplin and they were nickel and dining me to death on sensors and giving me the run around. They were hard to get ahold of and had terrible communication. I had taken my car there 3-4 different times. They told me it was fixed and it wasn’t! My son told me to call Dale at Pro Tire I did and it was the best decision I’ve made. Dale got my car fixed and called me and communicated every step of the way. Prices were much cheaper than the dealership! I had my car back in 2 days! Thank you Dale! I’ll tell everyone I know about your great service!
