Usually have fantastic service, but this time was very poor. Made an appointment but now it has taken 3 days for a technician to look at my truck. They gave me a loaner car on day 2, but the woman counter was rude like she was doing me a favor in giving me a loaner even though my truck was out there for 2 days without being looked at. Shouldn’t schedule an appointment if you don’t have enough technician to see the vehicle that day. I had to call several times just to get an update. Finally got a call today that they will be able to get the truck in today.

Drake was amazing! He definitely went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I was fairly new to the car buying experience, but he made sure to answer every question I had and take his time with it. He was extremely personable, detail oriented, and dedicated. We were looking into the different type of GMC Sierras and Gage helped us find the right one for our lifestyle and for what we want it for. Very willing to work with us and Dawson was awesome! He was very patient as we tried to decide between two different options and took several test drives.
