I walked in right at lunch time ask when I could get my oil changed and the attendant said pull your can in and we can have a tech change your oil now. I couldn’t believe it and I said I will be right back drove my car in and went over to the waiting area sit down and it seemed like it was just 40 minutes and the man called my name. I couldn’t believe it was so soon. I left there very satisfied….

A gift from my five year old niece was discarded from my car. I called and was promised a call back on 5/3 and it has not happened. I have however been asked multiple times for a review by phone and email. While I was on the phone with a gentleman who asked for a review I let him know what happened and he said he would contact someone in maintenance. I have yet to hear back. What this tells me is that you don’t believe this is a big enough issue to garner your attention but you’re more than willing to pass on fees to use a credit card for payment.

I didn't end up getting a car on the day but Jordan was great in how open and honest he was about helping me get the best fit for me and my family.
