They are one of the RUDEST places. Probably because I am female and they think I don’t know what I’m talking about. Take your business elsewhere!!! I will clarify. NO I have not used you business…here is why. About two years ago I requested an appointment on my nephews recommendation. I never received a call back…so I went elsewhere. This past week I thought I would try again for something else. The kid I talked to on the phone was so condescending and rude to me so that was it. I gave your business a second chance. I don’t give third chances. Train the people to answer your phone to not talk down to people!!!

I have been to Shawnee Auto Center twice now. I always get right through to a person when I call. They got my car in the next day the first time I called, and today they were able to get my car in the same day that I called. Their prices are in line with everywhere else I checked. The best part is that they do not try to upsell me anything I don't need or want.

Fast and prompt. Helped with exactly what I was looking for and did a quality job. Accommodate at short notice.

A little tardy on the review, however, it's NOT because Shawnee Auto Center got a bad one! The folks there are awesome. Went there on recommendation of employees of the old Weaver's Auto Center for service / repair of wife's 2011 Jeep Wrangler. Went in expecting to spend ~$2000 on ball joints, etc that other dealerships had said were in "dangerous need of repair." We left just needing under $600 worth of work and the wife drove away with that great feeling when they said the expected repair wasn't needed and the Jeep "rode great" after the other repair. We have other vehicles we will now be bringing to them - so get ready for the work! Thanks fellas.
