They will try and upsell you thousands of dollars of needless repairs to make a quick buck out of you even though you only came in for a tire rotation.

Had a blow out in the bitter cold weather. Big O im Shawnee got me in the next day and was able to repair the tire so I didn't have to continue driving around on the spare. The service was timely and affordable.

I was about 90 minutes from home when my tires gave up in the snow and I began sliding at every stop. Around 3pm, I began calling local tire shops with no luck, but thankfully Big O Tires had my tires in stock (and multiple options/price points) and got me in shortly after. When I arrived at the shop, they were phenomenal! From customer service to a speedy tire install/alignment, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! To the staff- thank you so much!!!
