Careful with the upsell! They sell tires but then they offer you a complementary 21 point inspection which is followed by a very hard sell of additional services. They said I needed a sensor replaced for $75, an alignment for $100, and a new battery for $450. I agreed to pay for the sensor and the alignment. they sent me off with the tire pressure light on the dashboard lit up, claiming it would shut off by itself but of course it didn’t… So I had to drive back to get them to run their little handheld computer to clear that issue, then after they ran their computer they couldn’t get my truck to start. he said it was my battery but all the lights on the dashboard were on and my radio was playing so it clearly was not the battery. I was bewildered but I didn’t agree to change the battery, so The guy with his handy little computer just told me I could buy a new battery or find someone to help me jumpstart the car. 🙄I went to advanced auto parts and after they scanned my battery, they showed me there was nothing wrong with it.
