They fixed what I asked for and did not p-ressure me to purchase more services, which a competitor did. The reason I came to Firestone.
Absolutely terrible service!! They have a care free attitude and no motivation in the shop! The vehicle sat on the lift for an hour and a half before they even started to change the tires. Terrible management and customer service

Had some communication issues with my trailer tires but they stepped up and made it right. I really appreciate that.

Can’t do business here even when I tried. The store opens at 7:00 which is when my appointment was, and the man didn’t want to let me in a few min early. He proceeded to be rude. I made arrangements before hand to help me get to work by 8:00, and he informed me his mechanic wasn’t planning on coming in until 7:45. Can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’m going to Walmart.

I really appreciate the folks at this location. They got my rental truck in for a mandatory oil change at the last minute when the Lawrence location couldn't. It was worth the 30-minute drive.

Made an appointment for 7:00am, dropped my car off and at 1:30pm it was sitting in the same spot. 6 1/2 hour for a oil change and tire rotation please.
