I will never purchase another GM vehicle from anywhere else but this dealership from here on out, despite not living anywhere near their location. My family was travelling through the area on a long road trip until we broke down nearby. We were able to have my vehicle towed to Tom Davis Chevy, and, despite their service department being overwhelmed that day, they promptly (within 15 minutes) pulled technicians away from their ongoing work to diagnose our issue. The issue at hand was previously "fixed" by a different Chevy dealership in the Northwest Arkansas area. However, that was not the case, and the actual part that was the problem was essentially impossible for any GM dealer to order (let alone have on stock) in the country. Tom Davis himself made the decision to pull the part from a vehicle he already had on the lot (which rendered that vehicle unsellable) to put on my vehicle. At the end of the day, Tom Davis' himself and his staff saved our family vacation and got us back on the road in record time. The customer service is absolutely unmatched.

My go to shop for alignments. Brian always gets me fixed up, and gets me in and out quickly. They offer rides to and from work in town which is a huge help also.

Called to schedule a repair for a GMC recall and I was told that the parts were on back order and it would be 4 to 6 weeks. Left them my name and number and was told that they would contact me when the parts arrived. 10 weeks later I contacted them to follow up and they knew nothing about me contacting them to preform a recall on my GMC. I gave them the information again and was told that I was on the schedule and that they would contact me when the parts came in. 2 months later I contacted them to ask for an update and they knew nothing about the previous 2 times that I had contacted them so we started new again. Not sure these are the folks I want working on my truck. I overlooked their issue the first time but not the same thing happens again I'm starting to thinks that customer service is not this dealerships strong suite. I bet if i was looking to purchase a new truck from them they would not forget me twice. Buyer Beware....

In the past I have had great experiences with the staff, until today. The employee I spoke with in the parts department was extremely rude. Unfortunately with the unprofessional manner of this employee, I will not continue my future business with this dealership any longer.
