May 25, 2023Thank you Dale for your review. We have one of the cleanest dealerships in Kansas. Customers can find entertainment in the service waiting lobby but are not limited there. Service customer may find it appealing in the showroom. Which is filled with chairs and tables around the room.
We are pleased with our purchase and all the help from Bernice and Tom!! Love the car!

Called to schedule a repair for a GMC recall and I was told that the parts were on back order and it would be 4 to 6 weeks. Left them my name and number and was told that they would contact me when the parts arrived. 10 weeks later I contacted them to follow up and they knew nothing about me contacting them to preform a recall on my GMC. I gave them the information again and was told that I was on the schedule and that they would contact me when the parts came in. 2 months later I contacted them to ask for an update and they knew nothing about the previous 2 times that I had contacted them so we started new again. Not sure these are the folks I want working on my truck. I overlooked their issue the first time but not the same thing happens again I'm starting to thinks that customer service is not this dealerships strong suite. I bet if i was looking to purchase a new truck from them they would not forget me twice. Buyer Beware....

I only give 1 star as a MINUS review is unavailable. BUYER BEWARE for purchasing a car through this dealer or even getting your car serviced/fixed here. We bought a car for $31,000.00 and they promised to fix the air conditioning, it is still NOT working and they have now refused to fix an issue they are very well aware of. So that was $31,000.00 not well spent. The last time we brought the car to them, they ruined the alloys on the ramp. Customer service is ZERO from ALL you have the misfortune to deal with and the attitude of Drew is appalling! He does not care about YOU THE CUSTOMER only what HE can make/get out of YOU! BUYER BEWARE!
