We visit alot. My husband does alot of mechanic work.this is one of his go tos for parts. Usually has what he needs or will find it for him.
They was kind and able to answer whatever questions I had
Kinda costy on some things but got 99% of parts i need and if not then there there the next day
Had to return a few parts to get the right one because they gave me the wrong one
These guys always do a good job.
I went into the store the other day and needed help with finding a piece to help repair my holes where the tags go and the younger kid that works there was of no help he just pointed me to the isle where the screws for tags were when that’s not what I needed and when I told him the holes are too big for any screw he said well that’s all the stuff we have for tags instead of coming out to the car to see what was going on. So the next day I went over to Napa Auto and the people there found everything I needed and even helped put the tag on. I would not recommend this place at all!
Had trouble finding a battery it turned out to be the wrong one need to find the ticket
A shout out to Doug and Will at the Parsons store. I was looking for a part for my kia but orilleys didn't list it. Got a call after i left and Doug looked it up on line and found the Kia part #. Crossed it over to standard line but wouldn't be in till wed. Went in sat to pick up parts I'd ordered and talked to Will. Found out I could buy through orielly and they would pick up in Joplin and deliver to parsons. Long story short thx to these guys parts will be in by Sunday or maybe still today. Great job guys! Couldn't drive to Joplin for the small increase in cost. Many thx to Doug and Will.

Depends on who you get some workers are extremely friendly and willing to help others not so much
