I took my son’s car to Joe based on the other google reviews that I read. I’d never seen and auto mechanic with such amazing reviews. Let me tell you that they are all true. Joe and his staff are very friendly, professional, and honest. Joe took the time to personally go over the work they did and give me an honest assessment of my son’s car. Can’t begin to thank them enough for an amazing customer service experience.

I called them this morning; 1/4/23 around 830am and talked to Zach who was so refreshing because we all know that car issues are annoying - but even though, they were incredibly busy; he told me to stop by with my issue. I was there for maybe 30 minutes altogether before Zach figured out what the problem was. It took him five minutes! He was so polite; kind and he explained to me exactly what happened; and he didn't charge me when he could've - even though it took him less than five minutes to figure out what was going on. It was my first time at this business; but I will most certainly be back. You can just tell that they take pride in their business and their customers. Thank you, Zach!

I was sorely disappointed when I popped my hood a few days after my oil change to find the radiator cap sitting there detached as well as the computer snapped off of the battery. Not sure how or why this happened. Kind of makes me question the quality of work. Disappointing since they were so highly recommended.

We’ve taken our vehicles to Joe and Zach for years for services ranging from routine oil changes to timing belt replacements and new brakes. Most recently with the brakes, Joe was honest in recommending only what needed to be replaced and explaining what could wait with an estimated mileage before replacement would be necessary. This transparency is not something you’ll find at every shop. We have always been very pleased with the quality of service, thorough diagnosis of issues, and competitive pricing. Highly recommend!
