Great customer service and able to get in quickly. Eric Wilson is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions patiently. I typically stay any time that I receive a service anywhere I go to watch the interaction with other patrons and I must say that I was very impressed with the way Eric treated not only the customers, but his coworkers as well. This Midas is awesome. After a brake caliper failed, I talked to two different auto shops that couldn't get me in same-day. This wasn't good because I live two hours away. I limped into Midas and Lewis at the desk told me to my face that he will get me fixed up same day. He wasn't kidding either. They were able to fix my van and get me back home. Thank you Lewis and Midas for all of the help, I couldn't be here tonight without you!
