My Cadillac dealer said that I needed a new catalytic converter that they would charge $2,100 for parts & labor. I took my SUV to Meineke for a second opinion. They said it was fine & that I didn’t need one at all! The guys in the shop & up front were friendly & helpful too. I will be back!

I will NOT be going anywhere else ever again! They were all fantastic, super friendly, helpful and honest! They value your time. They are quick but very efficient!They are not just trying to take your money. Casie(sorry if i spelled your name wrong) welcomed me as soon as I walked in, she has a great personality! She is pretty spectacular! We talked the entire time they were changing my oil.I highly recommend this shop! I drove from Parkville just to go there and will continue to do so! Thanks guys! Great place to get exhaust work done, much cheaper than at dealers. Good at being creative with pipes, bending and welding fixes. Only problem this last time was that they ran out of welding wire and so couldn't finish my job. Had to take it back in after they got wire delivered. Should have had more in stock so you don't run out.

They were able to fit me in for a diagnostics test, which I’m thankful for, but I brought in my car at 1PM and was told I’d receive a text when it was done. I called back at 3:30, was told it would take 30 more minutes, at 5PM still no text so I called again and was finally told to come pick up my car and it was already closing time. No communication at all throughout and 4 hours for a diagnostics. I then asked for the results to be printed out so I could clearly understand but they could only send me a link. Worse, what I was told in store was wrong with my car did not entirely match up with the report on the link so I’m not entirely sure what’s accurate now. I appreciate the pictures but their service could be much better. My car brakes even felt different driving home afterward, I should have read the reviews beforehand.

This was my first time here and it was better and easier than I expected. I walked into an updated clean simple comfortable owner waiting area. Prices were stated obviously on a large LCD screen behind the desk. This morning the manager was walking a new employee through their first day. Getting me in the system was fairly quick. They even happily let me go next door to the Advanced Auto Parts store, buy a better oil filter, and they installed it at no additional charge. They let me know that two different fluids were low but I didn't feel pressured to get it done today. They also didn't try to upsell me on wiper blade or air filter replacement, which are easy things I can do myself. I'll definitely be going back.

Service and everything was fine. However, they very sneakily charge you a $7.48 “shop fee” that you don’t know about until your card is charged. After already being charged parts, labor, and tax- I find this to be poor business adding a random fee at the end. I have an invoice that I signed saying my card was being charged $41.93. Then they hand you the receipt copy from the visa charge that says they charged you $47.38. Be transparent with your pricing. A random little sign posted on the wall that this fee is for nuts and bolts doesn’t do it justice. Especially when I got a simple oil change, why am I paying that fee? The two people before me complaining about it and I had no idea what they were fussing about until I got home and saw it happened to me too. I’ll be using Jiffy Lube or somewhere more transparent next time.

Loved the service I got today for my brakes! They were the only ones that could do it on my timeline. Up front with the issues. I very much enjoyed the fill and manager today. He made it fun!. I will return to this location. Great service, great attitude from the employees! Every other place in town could not do it on my schedule they could do it as a walk-in. I actually had a fun time. FRIENDLY! FAST! A FUN TIME‼️ I was having a rough time prior to arriving to the 75th Metcalf location on St Patrick’s Dat 3/17/23. Catalytic Converter was stolen In Overland Park … when I called and spoke with Robert he was very knowledgeable and provided a great service just within communicating and Cassie made sure my service was top speed. Made sure those guys stayed on top of it. The amount of assistance I received from my original phone call on 3/6/23 up until completion was just amazing.. The employees were very direct, personable ,funny, friendly, empathetic, knowledgeable, and overall FAST. They educated me about my car, and provided future resolutions . . It was just a wonderful environment to be in.. I was greeted and received the absolute best assistance . They made my experiences so CONVENIENT. The only thing I was missing was a complimentary oil change but overall my car runs great. 😉 can’t forget the insurance check/ bank trip fiasco the Meineke team never missed a BEAT. Usually, I have no issues with Meineke, but my last two visits have me considering going else where. My last visit was pretty unpleasant. I sat in the lobby listening to the person working the front desk talking trash about other staff and customers. At one point he tried to engage me in a conversation about another customer who left upset and unserviced (which he lied to his manager about what took place between the two.) I also listened to him complain about a new employee that was "taking his sweet time" on my car. My car was pulled out of the garage after my oil change without discussing further work that needed to be done per their inspection. I would have willingly paid for those services and had them done that day. I had to ask the manager what the results of my inspection were as they were not sent to me. She explained two things to me and proceeded to print me paperwork and let me go without asking if I wanted to schedulr or going over any details or pricing. I went to my car expecting there to be an estimate inside the paperwork but unfortunately there was not. I went back in and requested an estimate. There was a question asked to an employee about the proper parts needed for the job in which he shrugged and said "just pick that one" and I was given the quote and told goodbye without once again being offered to schedule repairs. This all left a bad taste in my mouth, I am unsure that I want them to finish the repairs.

Manager Kacey is the most unprofessional “manager” I’ve ever met. Very rude. This “woman” hung up in my face several times and at the same time was aggressively talking over me while I was trying to clarify what I was being charged. Racist white lady I would say. Then once I got mad by the blatant disrespect and cussed her behind out then she wants to refuse service. Mind you I had already told her I was taking my car elsewhere not only because of the wait but because of the attitude on this woman. Who ever hired this woman needs to back track because as a manager customer service is highly essential to run a business. Not only that, they couldn’t find any of the concerns I was having on my car but the oil leak. Took my car to my normal spot (Firestone) and they confirmed an oil leak, a left wheel barring issue, water pump leak. Unless they tampered with my car. Don’t trust this business to work on your vehicle or to provide respectful service to you! Absolutely would not recommend
