Everyone was very professional and helpful. Great service from a team that seemed extremely knowledgeable and did a great job. I was very pleased and enjoyed the experience. Will definitely return for future services.

Had appointment on 21st. There was an hour and a half wait. Rescheduled to 28th at 11. Car was not done until 2. I get they were shorthanded, but I'm glad I didn't have to sit there and wait. Go work, but slow service.

My differential fluid ran dry. The pinion seal was replaced. They told me they would call me if my jeep needed more or if further damage was done. It's still howling and grinding. They don't know for sure what the noise is. It does not sound safe to drive.

It took longer to change my oil then I was told. I noticed that when we had that cold snap my tire light came on. It wasn't something I asked ro have done but it would have been nice if they would have checked the air in my tires especially since the oil change took longer than I was told and I did have an appointment.

From the service manager to the mechanic everyone at Meineke are so caring and professional. I would recommend Meineke to anyone that wants to have their car serviced. I told my sister and she's going to get her car serviced. Great Staff and great prices. Extra thanks to Christen.

Went in for an oil change, they told me I needed new brakes even though I got them replaced 3 months ago. When I asked them to print the inspection report for me they said “oh nvm that is our mistake they look great.” Also there was grease all over my console when I got my car back and got grease on my sweatshirt.

Predatory business. I went in for an oil change to this Meineke because of a Groupon I bought. They told me that the shop that changed my oil before overtightened the oil plug and they couldn’t get it off, and quoted me $800 to change the entire oil pan. Made it sound like that was the only option and of course pushed their credit card. That seemed fishy so I went back to my regular shop and they got the plug off easily and changed my oil with no problem. Even though I still have another oil change with this company that I already paid for, I will not be back. I do not trust them with my car.

Customer service was good. The price quoted to me I felt was astronomical. On top of that my wheels have wheel locks on them, and I felt that since I didn’t end up having them do the work that they tightened down my wheel locks so tight that it ruined my wheel lug key. Needless to say they don’t make those keys anymore so I had to figure out a way to get the locks off. Now I have to replace the lug locks on all wheels.

It is always good. Give my car the once over and then tells me what what needs attention, what can wait until next time. Very helpful, courtesy, friendly and informative.

The district manager Martel was very helpful explaining my Groupon benefits and what I needed done on my car in the future in order of importance. I will definitely go back there for my future car maintenance needs and it’s close to my home!!
