I am happy with the work that was done. They worked with me on the work being done. It was not clear to me what work issues would be completed as shown in the inspection report with pictures. Nothing was done on control arm bushing that were shown in the pictures. I was only charged for the work that was done.

One of the best experiences I’ve had in awhile. From the time I walked in to the time I left was very welcoming. David Colon was very helpful and attentive the entire time, Communicated the entire process and cost the whole breakdown even things wrong with my car as well as let me know the options about their credit card/options I had. Thank you again David, look forward to my next visit! P.s. if you want someone who loves what they do and take care of you as well as your car in a timely manner this is the place for you HIGLY RECOMMEND.

I highly recommend this place for tire changes, oil changes and any other car issues you may have that they actually do. Everyone there is very nice and they go above and beyond for the customer. This was my first experience there in a number of years and I will continue to go there when I need to get tires in the near future. Everything they said they were going to do they did. Great service, very professional, and was able to clearly explain the concerns I had regarding my vehicle. Set my appointment and they had me in and out within a few hours. Very professional and I'll deal with non le other moving forward. Great job!!!

I took my car in because the break light came on. They check it out and told me that the pads were still okay to drive on. The appointment was quick and on time. When I tried to pay for inspecting the car, there was no charge. Free! I will not take my car anywhere else when I need breaks done. Excellent Service!

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, and they did a very thorough inspection on my car. After it was done, David took time to honestly explain his concerns with my car and which findings were most urgent without making me feel pressured. I don’t know a ton about cars so I felt like I was taken care of and NOT taken advantage of like I’ve been through elsewhere which is something I do not take lightly. Casie was also very helpful in scheduling my appointment. I’ll definitely be back.

Called to see if they could fix the driver’s side window that wouldn’t go up/down. Within 2 hours I had taken the car in, they fixed it, and I was driving away. David was knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Will definitely take my car there again.

Very unprofessional, random "employees" call back but no records of any communication. Was told I need to change oil filter adapter, went to a different shop to confirm that and was told it was all a lie. Everything was in good shape,nothing needed to be changed. Avoid at all costs.

Unscrupulous & dishonest. My feedback report said I needed a new windshield wipers because one was missing. It wasn't - I had two on my car AT THAT TIME. 1 week prior I had a tune up on my a/c with fluids topped off. They said I need a new a/c overhaul - my a/c is working fine. They provided pictures that didn't support their "findings" that my engine was leaking fluids. My niece's husband is a certified master mechanic. He said, after looking each "issue" over on my car, that 'I'd been had'. I just went for an oil change. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MEINEKE!!

I'd came to the Meineke shop on 7525 Metcalf Avenue last Saturday ( 7-8-2023)to have my fluids flushed on my car and I noticed small scratch on the driver's side armrest and on the hood when I got home. They've done a good job, overall when us customers bring our vehicles in to be serviced we shouldn't and doesn't deserve to have our vehicles damaged by technicians who's negligent and careless and at my next appointment when I bring my car in, I'M DEFINITELY GOING TO BE IN THE SERVICE AREA just to make sure my vehicle doesn't get damaged again.
