This is my go to shop when the project is beyond my capabilities. They did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing an A/C issue on our car.

They seem to be very honest and have good pricing. One of the few places that doesn’t seem to try to oversell everything on top of what’s potentially wrong with your vehicle. I’ll continue using Burnett.

i was in KC for the day and my car broke down. Rambo Liquor directed me to Burnett at 14857 Metcalf. They solved my problem in 30 minutes and didn't even charge me a dime. They put my local mechanics to shame. Thanks guys!

I had a flat tire yesterday morning, so I took the tire off the vehicle and brought the tire in to be plugged. I arrived at the end of the day to pick up the tire. Much to my surprise they offered to put the tire on at no charge. When I got home and looked in the trunk, to my surprise they had returned the spare tire and Jack to its original spot in the trunk.This is service at its best in a climate that charges more and gives less service… This speaks volumes about their business model of going above and beyond what is expected for no reason other than just because… I will need new tires in the next few months and I will not go anywhere else!
