Very helpful, friendly and polite staff! I had a slow leak in my tire for a few weeks. So I called and they were able to fit me in same morning. Which I am very thankful for because a snowstorm was coming in and turns out there was a 2 inch screw stuck in my tire! Very happy that I chose Burnett. Will return for future car maintenance! Let me explain the 4 stars. Truly it should be 5, but the repair is new so I’ll update once it’s had time and I know that it’s solid. But I don’t have any reason to think it wouldn’t be. Otherwise, this place is the epitome of professional and courteous. I had a major repair needed, and they not only got it done in the time frame that they gave me, they never once made me feel as if I was annoying them by calling for updates so I could plan. They knew I was traveling the following week, so I needed to plan for my transportation, and they gave me quality details and updates when I called. When I picked my vehicle up, not only was the repair done, they had checked my tire tread, aired my tires, and filled washer fluid. This may not seem like a big deal, but I’ve been to places (popular places) that won’t touch anything that has nothing to do with the repair unless they’re trying to upsell you. Here they were just making sure the vehicle was ready and safe. They have definitely sold my wife and I on a place we can go to for our vehicles.

I needed a battery quickly and a local tow truck operator recommended Burnett. They were fast, fair and honest about services needed. The technicians were friendly and helpful. Our family will use Burnett again in the future based on this first experience.

5/5 no question, not a review I give out lightly. They had excellent customer service. They answered all my numerous questions in a timely fashion with as much detail as they could in a way I could understand. The service itself was fast and efficient. In my case they fixed 3 significant problems (I’m not a mechanic but they seemed to be quite larger than 1 or 2 broken things) within 2 days. They were very up front about the situation and what would be required to fix it. There were no hidden fees, the initial quote matched what was done aside from a small problem they found later that needed to be fixed. When said problem was found, I was immediately notified and told how much it would cost to fix said problem. When I got my car back they said they topped off my coolant (I had an ac problem) for free and nothing was missing from my car (I triple checked as I’ve had issues with this in the past). All around they did an excellent job making a very stressful and expensive situation as painless as possible. This is my second time going to Burnett auto in two different locations and both times have been this efficient and stress free. I’m definitely a customer for life and would highly recommend to anyone who asks.
