Sean he's the best he fixed my headlight when Noone else would do so you the best 😁😁
on September 9, 2022 my daughter was on her way to Manhattan and her car started acting up and her check engine light was on. I told her to go to an O'reilly's and they can check it. She went to the one at 1726 NW Topeka Blvd in Topeka. The young man working, named Chris, was so very nice to her. He went above and beyond what he needed to do to help her out. He worked on her her car for almost 2 hours and did some work to it that a mechanic would do and didn't even charge her. This young man has no idea what a blessing he was to me taking care of her when I was more than 2 hours away. She made it home safely and I want this company to know that it is people like Chris that restores my faith in humanity. I know some of these young kids don't understand what "good customer service" is but this young man was a saving angel to me. Thank you Chris for looking out for my baby girl.
Have always had great service and help when here. Yesterday there was a hiccup when I went in for a blinker bulb. Guy brought me the bulb(s) and I questioned the bulbs but he said they were correct. Got home. Wrong bulbs. Drive back to town (12 miles) and a different guy got me the correct bulbs. Original guy was there but seemed somewhat oblivious about it but the second guy was very prompt and apologized and I appreciated that. Overall, O'Reilly's is a great place and excellent staff. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
