Interesting note on my experience. The camo hat boy didn't seem interested in talking to people, as I was waiting for the wire to be found customers would come in and instead of him showing where the product was he would just say the ails number, frustrated as the customer was I was a little annoyed in how lazy he was being while the manager or person in charge was looking for 8 Guage wire for me but apparently he couldn't find it and spent over 10 minutes looking for it in the store. 3 stars for effort, missing 2 for annoying me and the other customer. I just walked out and left him looking for his ghost product. Got what I needed from the oreilys in wichita.

They do a great job getting parts quickly and the staff are great at follow up as well.
I run a small landscaping company and brought my battery in to have it charged and tested. It’s been nearly 24 hours and I called the store only to be told that the battery has been taken off the charger and is still charging. It’s a trickle effect. Negligence has led to a delay in my work and has lost me a customer.
