Needed a new battery. The Walmart Auto Center took great care of me and my vehicle.
Fast and friendly..they went above and beyond. Thank you guys!
Tried to get a battery replaced under warranty. I’ve had this happen before and the other Walmart checked the bad battery in under 5 minutes. This Walmart told me at least an hour and a half just to check it because they have different equipment. The workers also couldn’t have acted any more like they didn’t want to be there. Left after waiting over 30 minutes to go to a competent location.
Told me an hour to an hour and a half, 2 and a half hours later
Refused to rotate tires, because my all terrain tires had "chop". Basically brand new tires, just needed rotation but they just wanted to try and sell me new ones.. lol, what a joke.
Had tires replaced. Great service. Knowledgeable staff.
Took twice as long, but they looked very short handed. Make sure that you have an appointment.
I had a flat tire on a road trip here last December, very courteous and had it changed out in less than an hour.
