Friendly, fast service. Service tech visited with me concerning the issues they found and what was happening along the process of getting my car fixed. Sales staff was friendly and greeted me as they walked by. Waiting area was clean and welcoming. .

I had to take my car in and get the shocks and struts replaced. They did a great job. It was quick work, thankfully. They even gave me a ride and picked me up when the work was done. Thank you guys for your kindness.

Not happy at all with the service. Since September 15th I have spent over $1500 on my car that is throwing the same engine code. I didn’t even make it off the lot today with the check engine light still on.

Had the service team make a second fob and key to use with my GMC pickup. It was in stock and able to get made/ programmed the next morning. Great guys to work with the GM shop. Thank you.

We were traveling from Denver to St. Louis and stopped overnight in Salina. The morning we were supposed to complete our trip to St. Louis, I thought I had a rear differential seal leak on our vehicle. I contacted Holm GMC service department and Lance said to bring it on in and they would take a look at it and get us worked into their schedule. Turns out it was not an oil leak, but simply condensation from the previous days’ drive. I appreciated the reassurance that there was no leak, and we were able to complete the remaining 400 miles with no worries.

Holm has always had fantastic service this last time being no exception. Mason in service was excellent. Knowledgeable, professional, and excellent communication.

Traveling through filled up diesel tank with unleaded. They got me in the next morning and did all repairs and back on the road that day. Went above and beyond what was expected. Great place to do business

Stranded in Salina. Helped me out. Great service, friendly staff and price competitive. Only negative was the dealership shut down for a quarterly meeting for an hour. 10-12 customers came in to discover the shutdown-most not thrilled. Other than the shutdown 👍

Derek was super nice and friendly! It made me feel good to hand my keys to someone who took time to acknowledge me and talk to me! I talked with Jamie for a bit about new vehicles (I approached her!) and she is SO fun, sweet, and down to earth. I feel like I could talk to her for hours!
