Staff was friendly, but when it comes to the quality of there shop I give it a thumbs down. Took my truck in for repairs and they said they fixed it. Got my truck home only to find out my problem hadn't been fixed.

I had my car serviced at the Salina store. Even though I bought my car at the Abilene Dealership, they treated me like family. I have always had good experiences with Holm Automotive.

I was able to get in quick for my oil change. Staff was friendly, as always, and the vehicle report was explained in detail. Overall a great experience.

Easy to make an appointment online and svc is always accommodating and informative of what is needed or coming up per mileage or warranty!!

Everybody in the service department was excellent to work with period When I called in, the receptionist was prompt and friendly. And everybody in the service department was great. From dropping my truck off to picking it up.

My car presented with a very difficult question. Why did it stall and not start. The problem was that it would start later. Why! These guys bent over backwards to trouble shoot the issues. I happy to have had them working with me. Patiently and persistently.

Excellent customer service. They took care of my oil change and tire rotation and explained everything they checked on the vehicle and any concerns.

Ethan in the service department made every effort to keep me in the loop about the issues with my truck. I did not have an appointment but they were very accommodating to my situation. I travel for work and my truck was having problems. After discovering the issue they relayed the solution. You guys provided me great customer service. Thank you

in the past few years we have bought multiple cars at Holms Buick and have had great service. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We’ve been more than pleased with any type of mechanical service.
