So slowly

The worst service I've ever been to. Don't trust them. They denied my warranty claim, but they had previously agreed to repair it. Then they didn't fix the door tracks on the driver and passenger side, they said they don't do that in their shop, that's a lie because I already had an invoice for the labor and the part in the app. We agreed that they would touch up the rockers for me, but after I picked up the car and drove 250 miles back home, the paint had already fallen off because they applied the paint to the metal without a primer. Also, after them, the car was dirty, as if someone had walked in the car. Check your cars after these people, I don’t even understand how they work in Tesla.

Hands down the most professional shop in town! The level of expertise displayed by the staff is reassuring. I'm so happy to have Tesla Collision as an option to take my Tesla for repairs. And after my visit; It's hands down the best option for body work in town. Friendly service and they even detailed my vehicle afterwards! 5/5!

I was wildly impressed at the quality of work and the speed at which it took for Tesla collision to repair my Tesla. They went above and beyond, and if I ever am in the unfortunate position again of needing my Tesla to have work done if there is another accident, there is no one else I would rather trust my car with!
