First, just want to say what an excellent experience we have had with this place. They went above and beyond for us in every sense of the word. We were in a really difficult position, and they helped us navigate the communication with insurance, followed up with us about service, and came back each time with helpful and timely service. They left us with such a great feeling – Dan Baier was excellent! He was really the piece that brought this all together for us, making time to be responsive, helpful, informative, and timely. My experience at the Tesla Collision Center (Lenexa) was exceptional. The staff were kind, communicated effectively, and provided regular updates throughout the repair process. I was thoroughly satisfied with the outcome, as my car was restored to perfection. Their commitment to excellence sets a commendable standard in the industry.

Was initially weary to be required to bring my vehicle to a Tesla certified collision repair shop, but I couldn't had been more wrong. The staff were easy to communicate with and Scott was a tremenous help from start to finish! If I could give them more stars, I would! Great job with handling my collision repair and would highly recommend over other shops. So grateful to be located fairly close to this shop and I will gladly return, should I require a repair again. After our Model 3 was hit the passenger rear we worked with Logan at the collision center for the repairs. He was incredibly helpful navigating us through the process and working with the insurance company to make sure the claim was paid in full. We are 100% happy with the work and could not be more happy to refer Logan and the Lenexa Tesla collision center
