Customer service is fast and kind. However, I've walked away the last two times with incorrect diagnoses. Specifically this last time. I had a $150 charge for wiring diagnostics and they falsely diagnosed me.

Zach was so helpful with our daughter’s car. We couldn’t be there to help her out but Zach treated her like she was his daughter. He explained everything to her and got her car going again. Thanks for taking care of her car.

Everything about Midas is great, I appreciate how they don't try to take advantage of people. He explained and showed me everything that was wrong with my car before fixing it. I'll be forever grateful for their time and work.
