Needed some air in my tires. Izzy was able to get us in fast and checked our tires and sent us on our way!!! All staff (Izzy, Bobby and Sheldon) was professional and knowledgeable and kind.

It was wonderful! The men were extremely polite and respectful. They explained everything easily to me so there was no pressure to “upgrade” or sell me things, just the importance of keeping my car running smoothly.

Excellent service. I have been to Jiffy Lubes in Sacramento, CA and other states. Lawrence KS employees are consistently excellent in executing the best customer care.

The one on 23rd street has nice people but they don’t know what they’re doing. Me and my girlfriends cars stopped starting a month or so after a simple oil change, and my car is very new. The girls there have no clue what they’re doing. Don’t go to the jiffy lube on 23rd.

I remember now why I don't use Jiffy Lube anymore. Their sign says they will match Valvoline price so I thought I would give it a shot one more time. Big mistake won't do it again. Read the fine print. Ended up costing me almost double what it would have been if I just went to Valvoline Lots of choices when it comes to getting your oil changed. I suggest you don't choose Jiffy Lube

The customer service was lacking in professionalism in my opinion. Lady had her speakerphone on for a personal phone call she also had sports talk radio playing while talking to me. Both employees claimed to be sick.

One of the most unfriendly Jiffy lubes I've been to. We will be using a different location next time.
