the customer service rendered at Bug O Tires was pretty awesome. They got me in and out and did a great job.
Visiting from out of state and our van cooling fan was not operating. Was beginning to over heat, so pulled off the road in a parking lot. While letting it cool down, I got online and found a Big O just down the street. Called them and they could look at it the next day. Dropped it off. They were very nice and customer oriented. Upfront with diagnostic fee and had it fixed by 3pm the next day. Reasonably priced and quality work. On the road again with no problems. Highly recommend them!
The crew was easy to work with, and had answers to ask of my questions.

Very quick to get me scheduled same-day for an emergency alignment! Also was very thorough when they were explaining everything after it was finished. They didn’t tack on any extra expenses which is very appreciated!
