Able to get me in quickly, able to explain very clearly what needed done

Wouldn’t take these people a bicycle. Couldn’t even put the wrong spark plugs on and his 300ilb mother loves to take out her anger on customers.Intake manifold and a bunch of gaskets replaced at 7k dollars. Get it back to a awful sound. They refuse to fix it even though it didn’t show up until after they got it and charged me to tell me what they did to my car. Broke scam artists I trusted them with my BMW don’t do the same!!

Very honest Saved me at least $500.00

Have had Harris Auto repair do numerous jobs for me over the last 10 to 12 years. They do outstanding work and are fair and honest. Remains me of a small town repair shop.

They work on some AC for us and it was great then stopped working a few days later. A woman denied that they missed the leaky valve and so we had to pay another place over 300 dollars to fix it, after Harris auto repair told us it would be under warranty and that they would make it right.... the actual car repair workers seem great but we felt screwed over in the end.

Worst customer service ever! We have used this business for several years. However, I called today and was treated very poorly by the person that answered the phone. She advised me to fix my car myself because I asked for pricing on replacing my engine. I was very taken back by the way I was treated by a company we have spent several thousands of dollars with over the years. We really enjoyed doing business with them but will find someone who appreciates doing business with us.

Harris auto is like my second Dad. There’s been so many times that I could have been stuck with no running vehicle and Harris hasn’t let that happen to me at all! I’ve brought my vehicles here for AC/Heating replacements/repairs, I hit a mean pothole and broke my rim, tire and control arm. This was damage to my 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix and Harris was able to find me a matching Pontiac rim original to the car, they’ve repaired my brakes, power steering pump, oil pan gasket, transmission fluid pan thing, sensors, coolant reservoir, replaced radiator, repaired broken gasoline line and many more things. Harris auto has treated me like family and still go above and beyond to help me out even though they don’t have to! Ms. Robin is the woman at the front desk and she may not work on the cars, but once you tell her what’s going on, she pretty much knows what needs to be done and tells the boys! She’s always a joy to be around and has definitely gone out of her way to help me out as well! I’ve spent a lot of time hanging out in the waiting room talking to Mrs. Robin. her husband worked on cars for a long time, which explains why their boys are very well rounded in mechanics! They literally have knowledge of all parts of a vehicle and it’s systems. Yes recently they’ve been slammed and have had a giant workload but to me that just proves that people prefer Harris to do their repairs. If it’s urgent, they get me going ASAP especially if I let them know what’s up ahead of time. I told them I had to be in Topeka for work and they definitely got me done by then and on my way to work the next morning! They’ve given me rides home on bitter cold or scorching hot days, and avoided riding the bus for hours! This family works hard and does a lot for the community. I appreciate everyone at Harris Auto. thanks for your hard work and dedication to the customers!
