My service advisor was awesome. However my waiter oil change appointment and tire rotation took 1 hour and 45 minutes... way too long.
Got sold to another company. My new full synthetic oil is a chocolate color, they didn't top off the washer fluid, they didn't reset the oil change clock in the car. Basically I'm wondering if they actually did anything for the 30k service I purchased other than patch a couple of leaky tires. I'll head to other places for service, which is a shame because McCarthy seemed to have a great, professional operation.
Amazing customer service, they did their work as fast as they could AND they ran my car through the washer!!!!!
