Since purchasing my new Altima, the service department has been top-notch and convenient to schedule. They also fixed a small issue that was covered by warranty, and washed my car while it was there.
We were having some issues with our car. We are from out of town and their service department was very busy. With that being said they still took the time to solve our problem. Extremely courteous and professional service. Once again, thank you very much.
They were very efficient and prompt with the work. Paul was very helpful and friendly.
McCarthy Nissan gave me an accurate assessment of what was wrong with my car. They fixed the issues quickly, and the fees were fair. It’s been a couple months since the service, and I waited before leaving a review in order to assure everything was fixed correctly. They fixed everything perfectly and I’ve had no issues since! They are also friendly and answered all my questions. Paul was my contact and service person. He was very helpful and informative! I will be solely using this shop for car repairs from now on. I highly recommend them!

Overall my experience was good; Paul And Terry were very professional. The area of improvement would be communication- the car was at the facility for several days; my texts asking for a status were not returned, so I ended up having to call for a status.

My 21 year old truck had an open recall bulletin. The super friendly folks at McCarthy Nissan of Lawrence preordered the part in question and had me scheduled for a same day service. Fantastic cooperation and timely, efficient service. Perfect quality. No complaints. Highly recommend!
I was in Lawrence Ks for a softball tournament four hours from home and started having car trouble Friday night. I came to the dealership first thing Saturday morning and the staff were so helpful. Turns out I needed a new transmission. They helped me by taking me to get a rental so that I was able to get back home while they fixed my vehicle. Thank you to John who kept me updated and everyone who worked on my vehicle.
