The way I heard management speaking to their employees was very upsetting. It truly is disheartening that people who work so hard are talked to like that. I hope they are able to do better in the future.

Awesome place to have your car worked on at! Very friendly and fast at figuring out what's wrong. I know I'll definitely be back.
I was very pleased with the service I received. They were friendly, helpful, and willing to discuss what was going on with my car. I will definitely be coming back. Update: 2023: Used to be one of my favorite car repair shops, but last time I took my Jeep in I was told I needed front breaks, that they were metal on metal. Went for a second opinion because there was no grinding noise, nothing to indicate a break issue. Turns out, the front breaks still had half, certainly not metal on metal. I am so very sad to see a place that appears to be taking advantage of people.
I cannot say enough great things about this place! Matt and his team have been servicing cars for my family and friends for many years. They do great work and their prices are always fair. The level of service is second to none. I picked up a nail in my tire today and even though his shop was very busy, Matt managed to sneak me in and get me back on the road quickly. I will continue to refer everyone I know to Platinum Automotive!
