The team at Platinum proved professional and trustworthy for me. I visited Platinum for a pre-trip inspection on my truck. Their mechanics performed hands on inspections before they recommended repairs or service. They looked at previous service history too, rather than just looking at mileage. They called me to explain their assessment and discussed costs before doing anything. After agreeing on services to be done, they were done in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. Bottom line, these guys took care of my truck in a professional way and earned my trust. Will travel here from out of state for future maintenance and repair needs. Would highly recommend

The Platinum Automotive team was amazing during our most recent issue with our VW Atlas. We used them years ago and when my wife called stating that she was having car problems I recommended that she take it here. I was not wrong. They got the car fixed, but the communication with the mechanic and the front office was excellent. Clear communication and explanation of the issues and reasonable pricing. Their after care support and follow up was also appreciated when a related part failure occurred, they got our car back in, fixed, and returned to us within the afternoon. Definitely a local business that we will return to with our automotive needs.
