No experienced mechanics . Was considering getting a job there, but can't work with people that lack work ethic and don't care.
8-5-23 Young lady managing the auto care at 4:30 and a young man that arrived about 4:45 were VERY professional, kind and courteous. Ended up being leaking valve stem and low on air. Got us back on the road within minutes. THANK YOU!!!
They will lie a say your car has locking lug nuts to get out of work on your car after u wait 2 hours. So would not go there for nothing
I was overdue for oil change. They got my car right in & by time I picked up few things I needed, they sent me a text letting me know my car was ready.
They put used oil in my engine, and put the old oil filter back on my car. We drove to Texas, about half way there, the engine (2.4l) was ROARING just to get up to 50mph... sediment and grime all over the dipstick 3 DAYS after an oil change. The photo is what the "fresh oil" on my dipstick came out as.
Horrible service, never pick up the phone. This is twice that this has happened. Never going here again, I’ll just do it myself. If you want better service go to manhattan Walmart.
Can be hit or miss if they are staffed. If only one mechanic is there because another called in, then they can't do any work. Went 3 different days to try to get an oil change. Once had an over 2 hour wait time, once someone called in(I was there at opening) and the third time was the charm(went at opening again).
