Tried to upsale tires and lied about inventory to do this. I called ahead and made an appointment. The lady at the desk said, "Well, you didn't talk to me, and there's a 3 or 4 hour wait." Absolutely no cars were in the shop, and all the workers were sitting around chatting. I took my keys back and went to Peerless Tire... that took 30 minutes.

My lastest bad experience of multiple bad experiences. I was lied to about the placement of a nail in my side wall in order to squeeze a new tire sale out of me. Not appreciated at all. I told your sales attendant I'd give you one more chance after I told him my last three issues. You where the only shop open at the time, lesson learned, I will sleep in my car and wait for a reputable shop to open before wasting my time again. You guys should honesty be ashamed of the way your business is run in your shop. I worked for Sears Auto for 5 years and never needed to lie about a nail in the side wall to get sale. Avoid an all costs.

Was there at 7 o'clock in the morning. Needed tires balance and rotated. 2 tires on the front were not very good needed them off front of vehicle. Waited an hour and a 1/2 for them to tell me they wouldn't do it Don't go here go to the one in Manhattan

Was set to open at 7AM didn’t open until 8:30 with only one service tech! My car was not serviced an had to go else were to get a plug done for a tire due to 5 hour plus wait time.

Took a single wheel in off the vehicle to get a tire replaced. Told me it would take 1.5-2 hours with multiple "techs" standing around doing nothing. Done some shopping for about 45 minutes at which point they called me and said they were about to do it but the tire they quoted me they didn't actually have. So I had to go to a tire $25 higher. 45 minutes later they still hadn't touched it. Apparently they're mess up put me back at the back of the line. I'll never buy another tire in here again. Several times I've had similar experiences. I'd rather drive on bare rims than give them anymore of my business.

They were awesome! Such sweet guys ! Edwin was such a big help when I went in, they were quick and did great. Definitely would go there again!

Junction City Walmart Auto care center is the best one! Manhattan auto center broke my car but Junction City auto center have to fix it. It’s not fair but JC did amazing job. Their manager just told me go to find a place to repair my car and they will pay for that. He is so nice. I am so happy he is the manager!👍👍👍👍👍

It was quick and efficient. I'm a bit pressed, however, on the urgency for technicians to leave well before their ending hours of operation.
