Ive been to Valor Ford a handful of times in the last two years and never had any issues. Finally traded in my truck for an SUV. Dexter was good and easy to work with most importantly he was straight forward. We made the trade and put a "we owe" for a few simple fixes. A couple weeks later when the we owe was getting finished I had the unfortunate experience of meeting Steve, the new sales manager who came on after I made my purchase. One of the items they agreed to fix were a couple rock chips in the paint on and around the hood. The "fix" looked like someone used a mismatched silver sharpie. The chip wasn't filled or smoothed and stood out even indoors. The short story is Steve said it looks perfect to him "let's agree to disagree" then asked me to leave. He reneged on the agreement and broke any trust I have in Valor. I got the paint chips filled and fixed with the correct color elsewhere.

Highly recommended for anyone who has questions or needs services done. Very attentive to all your needs and honestly makes sure everything works for you before any decisions are being made. Best place to take your vehicle to get repaired or worked on they do great job

The whip whisperer Dexter hooked me up with a 2019 jeep Cherokee and made my process very easy. Austin also made the paperwork very easy and explained everything very well. Will be buying from here in the future.

Buddy of mine has been trying to get his car fixed for the past month and a half and now they are charging him $500 for diagnostics when all they did was take the bumper off. They won’t call him back and keep ignoring him. I would NOT recommend going there.

Nice people but my mom took her 2005 Ford Five Hundred to get fixed they replaced the battery and alternator. And a week later the car doesn’t start there is still something wrong.
