I used Walmart for an oil change for the first time today. I'd called ahead to make sure they wouldn't have a problem providing the service with a seal on my engine. Scott was very friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person. My experience was hassle-free, fast and done right. The price wasn't bad either. I've found my new car care center. Thank you!!

Absolute garbage. I showed up at 1815 to get a oil change when the hours say 1900 and they refused to take my car saying they stop taking cars at 1830 (makes a lot of sense.) the next day they said it would be an hour to change our oil three hours later they still didn’t change the oil saying appointments had priority even though there was absolutely no vehicles in the bay.
Professional and goes the extra mile.
Bad customer service
I have used Walmart for my oil changes and new tire purchases for years, and have loved them. We are talking over 10 years. But today was by far the worst service I ever had. I made two appointment times for the oil and ailment with rotation. They were for 8am and 9am. They finished at 12:30pm. I watched 4 other customers that came in well after me get their vehicles started and done. I would get asked about the other fluids, filters, and wipers. They also would vacuum the floor in the front. They did nothing and said on the paper you have a really really bad air filter. It also says I declined all other maintenance. I have never declined or skipped. I believe I was done dirty, I believe they didn’t care what type of job they did, I believe there could have been some racial discrimination to why my car took so long and I had a 2 hour block for my appointments. You wasted my time. I would give no stars and obscene gesture with my hands but I am a lady
8-5-23 Young lady managing the auto care at 4:30 and a young man that arrived about 4:45 were VERY professional, kind and courteous. Ended up being leaking valve stem and low on air. Got us back on the road within minutes. THANK YOU!!!
