Edited to add: it is now January 2024. I called in December with the same issue, had to leave a message, never got a call back. I called January 26 and was told I'd have to bring the vehicle when it was acting up so they could see it what it was doing, which is fine with me and what I also thought since the issue is intermittent. I called on January 29 because the vehicle would not drive over 10 mph so I couldn't get it across town. I was told I'd have to call a tow truck and I assume pay (for a vehicle that was defective when they sold it to me) and they wouldn't be able to get to it until next week. Also they do not have anything I can drive for the duration of the repair. September 2023 They sold me a used vehicle that I'm pretty sure they may have either known was junk or didn't inspect it. 8 days after I took it home, it would not accelerate from a stop sign. I was super close to home so got it to my driveway. Once in my driveway, smoke came from the hood. After more than one contact with them, they had it towed from my driveway and provided me a vehicle. They contacted me the next day and said they looked at it all morning and test drove it and there's nothing wrong. I was asked three times throughout my interactions with them to tell what happened. Now I'm just a woman, so I may be stupid in the eyes of some, but I do know enough to know there's SOMETHING wrong with a vehicle that has smoke coming from the hood. The remnants of that smoke are on the front passenger wheel. I don't feel like they valued my sale maybe because it wasn't one of the most expensive vehicles. I planned on buying a new vehicle from them in 2 years but I will take my business elsewhere unless they truly make things right and actually fix the problem. When/if they do, I will update this review.

I always feel secure with Jim Turner and Fritz taking care of my car. They each are extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Friendly too.
