Midwest Superstore service department replaced the burnt out low beam headlight on my Toyota van at a reasonable cost for the part and the labor at a very reasonable price also.

I always feel secure with Jim Turner and Fritz taking care of my car. They each are extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Friendly too.

They're great until they sell you a defective vehicle, then give you the runaround for weeks. I'm a widow, which they knew, and they still cheated me. Their "service department" said the reason the air conditioner wasn't working properly was because it needed Freon, when it was actually so overcharged it was ruined. And if they had actually done the used car inspection, they would have known that there was a short causing it to have all of the interior lights on every time you turn on the turn signal. The problems they should have known about cost me over $1,000 to fix. Now they call repeatedly to harass me about buying my car back so they can make more money off it.

What I'd really like to do is call the CEO of Toyota and demand that everyone here be given a raise, but I guess a review will have to do for now. I was on my way to Denver for a concert when my car threw a bunch of warning lights in the middle of the interstate. This was the closest Toyota dealership I could get to, and I am so, so glad I did. They got me in as quickly as possible despite me randomly showing up out of nowhere, and they treated me with nothing but kindness and compassion, even though I was extremely distressed about missing the concert and probably not the easiest person to work with. Coral was wonderful in explaining everything that was going on and keeping me updated throughout the process, and Pat was such a sweet soul in checking in on me, offering help with anything I needed, and making jokes to cheer me up. I didn't get to meet Fritz who worked on my car, but it's been running beautifully with no issues since. I can't say enough good about these people or thank them enough for being so incredible. Also, I made it to the concert, after all. :)
