I went up there because my car will jerk and not accelerate properly. First was told it was my camshaft replacement ($700) and I paid for that. Then when I got the car next day it was doing the same thing. Brought it up there again and said it was timing chain ($4,000) job. Paid for it and STILL the SAME acceleration issue! $5,000 down the drain!!! Will be going to small claims. Beware!!!
Loved the whole team for helping me out with my timing related to my car! Definitely would recommend coming here for professional mechanical help and knowledge. Very understanding and kept up with updates as my repair was being looked at

I was happy to find Alexander's for auto service. I have a 2008 Jaguar with only 80,000 miles and other than Jaguar, very few shops will take it on. The owner was knowledgeable and discussed the repair with me. John manages the front desk and was excellent. He gets all questions answered and kept me updated on progress. I very much appreciated his attention. Thank you.

I usually don't rate good or bad but I was ripped off! PERIOD! Overpriced diagnostic check $80. Supposedly did a smoke test but couldn't tell me where the vacuum seal leak was without running other diagnostics for an additional $270!!! Which I declined.

I highly recommend Alexander and his team!! I had another local shop perform a valve adjustment which did not fix my Acura RDX issues. Alexander did his diagnostics and decided to re adjust my valves. My Christmas light dash board cleared up! This man and his team does excellent work!!

Came in for alignment and they got it fixed very quickly. Found another safety issue and they advised me to fix it nicely. Overall great place.
