The employees were sweet and any questions I had they answered. I don’t know a lot about cars but they were very patient and seemed happy to let me know what I should keep an eye out for what to get in the future to better help me.

I brought my truck into the Fort Riley shop for a valve cover gasket replacement and an oil change. I was suggested a fuel system cleaning and sparkplugs, all well and fine as I've never had a bad experience with any Firestone before. I get a call that a sparkplug tube and gasket might need fixing, but that I'd have to pay for ANOTHER valve cover done (over $500), I decline. After I pick upy truck, I try and get on the highway bound for Manhattan, but it's shifting odd and I'm losing power. I check the codes my truck is throwing and it's saying cylinder 1 misfire. I take it back to the shop, they do a quality check, find the sparkplug tube has gone out, tell me it's going to be $800 to fix, and won't budge. Manager gets involved, they won't budge, but tell us the sparkplug COIL has gone out (none of the techs told me that), and that new plugs can do that. If y'all replaced my plugs and the coil goes out because of that, that's y'all's issue. Why am I being required to pay for this service that was caused by your shop? Your website states there's a warranty on parts and services done, why's that not being honored? Also, it's oddly convenient that the service suggested is the service that's now needed not even an hour after I leave your shop.

I had 4 new tires mounted and balanced. They dug my previous tire weights off with a screwdriver, and scratched the inside of my gloss black wheels pretty badly. Don't take your vehicle here...

I drove in just wanting a quote for new brakes and rotors otherwise perfectly fine. Somehow ended up leaving with a flat tire.

horrible customer service will never go back .The company refused to sale me one tire, told me i would have to buy all 4.

I made an online appointment for an oil change for a 2018 Pasat. They told me the price was $157. I had just gotten a quote from JiffyLube for $83 . I then ask why the price difference was almost double that of JL. The guy says they put the best quality oil my car needs. For $157 that oil better have shards of gold in there from the Willie Wonka bar!! Folks go on post to save money not to get ripped off. JiffyLube I’m coming back to you . Soon! Michelle
