If I could give them 0 stars I would. What's the point of having a phone if yall never answer it. I have been trying to call FOR OVER AN HOUR!!! And no one has answered.....
Don't bother on coming here for any type of maintenance. They over schedule their own schedule. And can't get anything done on time . Came in for a simple brake light replacement. 2.5 hours later I was told they couldn't complete that operation , before that I was told that they didn't have the part and ordered it even when I called the day before and asked if they even had it in stock. Was told by the lady in the phone I needed a courtesy check done to figure out what bulb it was (You can search parts without doing that) . Mechanics have no idea what they are doing inside a vehicle and that shows without saying that they can't even fix what should be too a mechanic the most easy thing to repair in a vehicle. Inexperienced , under managed. Completely unprofessional. Take your time and money to people who are actually real mechanics.
Efficient and fast service with incredible customer service. (NOTE: Online you’re able to make an appointment at 0800 but the store does not open until 0900) I made an appointment same day and expected to wait forever even with the appointment but I was seen right away and my vehicle was in the back almost as soon as I handed off the keys. The work was completed fast and any issue that I had was 100% fixed. I knew what was going on before I stepped foot in the store in regards to my vehicle and that’s what I was told about. No games or trying to sell me things I didn’t need/didn’t already know about. The associate at the front desk was super attentive, explained every issue I was looking at and was super easy to talk to as I waited. 10/10 service and will for sure be going to them for my mechanic needs.
Clearly has a management issue. Scheduled a week ahead to mount 2 new tires. Left the vehicle with them for 2 full days, then got a call back an hour before closing on the second day telling me they could not do the work in time. Nice people, but obviously this place is poorly managed. Would not recommend, and will not return.
They broke one of my lugs and said it came in like that, scraped my rims all over the place and bent my lugnut key like crazy and wouldn't take responsibility, charged almost 300$ for an oil change and a rotation. Then told my wife basically to get bent either pay or we keep your truck. Do not use them or the one in junction city i had a similar experience there as well. I am putting in an ICE complaint for them both and encourage anyone else with a horrible experience like i had to do the same i hope they get blacklisted
Do yourself a favor and never go to this Firestone. They will make you wait for hours and hours only to find nothing was done to your car or they broke something that they will not admit. I asked for alignment as well and diagnostic but no paperwork was given and they overcharge us with a preliminary deposit that does not even make any sense at all. THIS FIRESTONE IS A SCAM. I REPEAT THIS FIRESTONE IS A SCAM. Their mechanics are rude and they will take advantage of you. I will never go back at this place ever again. -20/5 star which they do not deserve.
Go here before you go anywhere else. I am SO pleased with how they helped me. My car kept saying “coolant too hot” and occasionally trembling. I took it to a different shop who said my coolant was fine and it must be something else, but they couldn’t get me in any time soon. The other shop was very condescending and rude. I called Firestone in Fort Riley and asked if they could help and they were so kind. They told me to come up there and they would fit me in same day. I got there at 11:30AM, and they took the car immediately. They completed the diagnostic, and advised that I was 2 1/2 gallons low on coolant. They did a full work up to make sure the vehicle was alright, topped off my coolant, and cooled off the car and checked it once more to be sure everything looked good. I was completely out of there by 2PM and only out of pocket for the diagnostic cost, which was right at $130. Everyone was very kind and spoke clearly about what caused the problem and how they resolved it. Informative, and not condescending at all. I worked with Sam, the Manager, and Mason - one of the service techs there. Someone else also assisted, but I unfortunately did not catch their name. 10/10 recommend this shop for any and all automotive needs. Very quick, kind, efficient, and communicative. Thank you!!!
