Is $120 too much for an oil and oil filter change? I feel scammed. Full synthetic oil. Nissan 2013
Please do not ever trust them. They will ripped you off. Go off base not here. They wrongfully diagnosed my car.
I’m only giving it one star because I have to. Otherwise I’d give zero. I’ve gone to this particular Firestone for a window repair and cooling repairs. All of which they “fixed” only to have the same issues break or pop up less than 6 months later. They absolutely scam you and would be better off taking your car to the actual manufacturer dealership. Go here at your own risk.
Mechanics don't know what they're doing. Took my car in for an oil change, charged me $100 and stripped my drain plug. Took my car back to get it fixed and they told me it'd be $75 to fix it. You overpay for terrible service.

If I could give it a zero I would went in for a alignment $100 or so no big deal called said hey one tie rod end is kinda bad but not really me knowing that they come off as easy as a wrench and twisting left I I asked how much everything in total would be guy said 220 so I said Yanno sense it’s already there screw it saves some time gets there to pay 400+ blah blah that was the total for just the part not the labor to take off a bolt and turn left mind you they also blew up my lug nut lock key then just got it in my glove box
