Kelly was awesome. She's the best and most knowledgeable
Great service! Cut and dry pricing
Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. A bunch of kids with no sense of direction or competence in any way. Complete waste of time.
They r always awesome but the waiting always is kinda long,if u walk n for service but someone comes in after u & has a appointment they get to go infront of u even if they appointment is at 5pm& it's 3pm now I think they sld fix that besides that they r great!
Iv always had a good experience here. The auto center employees are very helpful and polite. I wish that people shopping for regular items would not come to check out here though, they are already very busy taking care of customers for “ auto care “. Go to the front of the store like everyone else where there are more than a few registers.
I seriously have not had a worst experience than I did tonight.... Like many Americans I decided that on Black Friday that I would invest in new tires... Well long story short and fast forward to today and my started to noticebly shake and make noises like the tires were flat whenever they were not and my tires stared to smell. I decided that I needed to bring them back to be looked at. Whenever I got home I touched the tire and it was cold, touched the lugnuts and burnt my hand.... Went back to Walmart and this is where it gets interesting.... I have never been talked to like an idiot than I was tonight. I came in and told them that my wheels are loose and they need to checked... The guy running the front of the center was great and helpful but the so called mechanic was absolutely not. The "mechanic" automatically dismissed everything I said and told me "No that's your breaks".... And I told them how I felt rubbing when driving and they told me that a piece of my fender (that has been broken for over 2 years) was rubbing on it. I kept bringing up the fact that I did not have any problems with my car until they put tires on and he continued to cut me off whenever I was talking and telling me that they won't do anything about it. To mention they never took my car to the shop and put it on a lift. He just used their light on their phone to "diagnose" my problem... (I even did that at home, it's not hard) Soon as this "mechanic" was done "looking at" my car. He went to the doors of the shop and lit a cigarette and played on his phone .. He never intended to look at my wheels... Don't know if it's because I am a woman and thought that I had no idea on what I was talking about, either way I was incredibly unhappy.. I decided I was going to take a look at it myself... Sure enough, the wheels were not tightened on either side of my car and my breaks are fine and the other "problems" were just fine.... Didn't need those so called "men" to fix it for me. However they will be finding a way to replace my studs because they are now unsafe... Just what I wanted before I have to travel to see family for the holidays. So for everyone else please check to make sure they tightened you lugnuts correctly. Would hope that "mechanics" would take the safety of their customers more seriously...
