Arrived to buy tires early on a Saturday. Thankfully they were able to get me in right away. Agreed on the tires that I needed and they double checked that they had them, we physically went and looked at them. They gave me the price for everything including taxes. Two hours later my vehicle was finished and went to pay. They charged $150 more than price they first gave me. They added lifetime balance and rotation without asking and even put different tires on that we did not agree on that also cost more. I'm grateful that they were able to get me in and were eager to give me pricing upfront but don't understand why they changed it all with never asking!
I went in on a spare and was promptly greeted by a very pleasant woman. The staff was upbeat and worked well together. I ended up getting a great deal on all 4 new tires! The manager Mike gave me a deal I couldn't pass up. I will definitely be using their services in the future.
