They're auto department is slow but helpful
Always count on Walmart to close automotive 2 hours early because they can never get two cars with single tire replacements done in reasonable time. “Great job” I can see why some of the employees got stuck working there because no one else would hire them probably.
Wish they would start taking appts or get more help. The lady was very friendly but the line move slow.
Well I went in to get my car battery tested then an hour and a half later the testing said I need a new battery and I didn't get to get a copy of the diagnosis receipt and I got supposed to be brand new battery but he took the sticker from my old battery and stuck it on top of the sticker on the supposed to be new battery and I didn't realize that he did that so I removed the sticker that he put on the supposed to be new battery and the date said 12/22 then all in the mix he said my warranty would only last until March of 2023 and the warranty should last until March of 2024 so he said that this all happened because I didn't have the receipt but they should have my information in the registry from me buying the first battery for my car back in March of 2022.
When I got there, the auto parts center was very busy, and the 2 auto shop employees were busy checking out carts of stuff for customers that were not using the autu shop at all The employees were very pleasant even though they were under tremendous pressure. Wal mart management needs to put a stop to the practice of using the auto shop as a checkout!
