Attempted to make a cash offer on a car. Was told that the only way I could get a better price was to apply for credit because they get $ from the loaner. I asked for a price if I applied for credit and was given an amount that was my total including tax. I made a note of it and shook hands on it. So I unlocked my transunion, applied for credit. I have excellent credit. Then was told they were going to sell it to me for cash - but they brought me an agreement with a higher price than the first one Emily quoted me. She kept going over her math and couldn't get to the original quote. Said she must have "fat-fingered" it. We left and then the sales manager Kyle called and only made it worse by continuously repeating "miscommunication."
Great and honest service. Very timely and up front with the costs.
