The sales lady we talked to was very helpful and kind and friendly and found the car to fit our needs
Nice variety of vehicles but the owner/president or "the manager" is never wrong so don't bother trying to explain that CarFax is not an accurate value of a vehicle simply because it's reliability is only as good as the information they get. I can assure you that at least one time someone who has had a lengthy career in the car business has“fat fingered” a key or two when entering information about a car into an online system. Unfortunately this happens more than we’d like to admit, and the end result is that companies like Carfax end up with information from dealers that isn’t always accurate. The saying “garbage in, garbage out” couldn’t be more true when it comes to Carfax and their business model. Carfax entirely relies on their network of dealers, mechanics, and service centers to provide accurate information about vehicles. The Carfax website boasts that they have “112,000 different sources” of data, which is truly incredible, and is what makes them the industry standard for vehicle history reports. As a car buyer, you simply need to be aware that the way Carfax captures data from the 112,000 sources is generally dependent on a human being entering information correctly. If you see a Carfax report where the odometer read 2,500 miles on 10/10/18, and then 5,200 miles on 10/11/18, you can be fairly certain it’s a typo. This doesn’t mean Carfax is bad (not at all), it simply means you should diligently review the data you see on a Carfax report to make sure it is logical and seemingly accurate. Not everyone reports to Carfax. Although Carfax is the industry standard for vehicle history reports, and they do have an incredible network of participating data providers, you need to understand that not everyone reports everything to Carfax. Here’s a great example … Rental car fleets. Rental car companies are generally self-insured, which means that when a rental car is in an accident the rental car company’s in-house insurance agency handles the claim. This in-house insurance company may not report to Carfax, whereas all of the traditional consumer insurance agencies do. What happens to that VINs Carfax when the repair was never shared with Carfax? Well, nothing, because Carfax isn’t aware of it which of course changes the value of a vehicle. Apparently I'm wrong by saying this to try and buy from them but a 10 year old car supposedly has only been serviced twice. TWICE in ten years yet somehow flawless condition other than the non-OEM windshield that I'm sure Nissan accidentally did, not from it not being reported to insurance or Carfax. I'm wrong so check on your own Google, yahoo, ChatGPT research and come to your own conclusions. Oh and you better make an appt to test drive any vehicle... I had a friend with me who drove there with cash to test drive and possibly purchase a BMW X3i but they were turned away from test driving because they were expecting someone later to show, maybe, to drive it. Even though they had cash, no financing,... Nah, we'd rather risk this other customer who may not show up than sell to you. Zero for customers and two non-sales occurred. Can't wait to see the reply to my post... ♥️
Made easy with no pressure. Salesman were very professional and knowledgeable about every vehicle, especially Celso. The facility was very nice with comfortable chairs and very clean bathrooms. The pricing was on par with the market value of the vehicles. Definitely recommend this place.
Great service! Sales team was very accommodating to show us multiple vehicles and finance options.
I have nothing but good things to say about Guy and the other people I came in contact with. The Employees were very polite and knowledgeable. The thing I liked best that there were no surprises just honest and trustworthy people. I definitely will be a repeat customer.
I'm so happy with the service at Luxury and can't thank you enough for the extra service of delivering my tablet that I left. Service above and beyond so very much appreciated. Thanks 😊
What a great car-buying experience! Celso Rivas stayed in communication with me through a couple week delay on my part all the way through closing the deal. Ryan, a manager, was helpful and assured that things went smoothly. Both were sensational when we identified a problem during the test drive- and addressed it so there was no delay in the purchase. Highly recommend. It's a quick trip from anywhere in the KC area...do it.
Great experience! Rick was very knowledgeable and helpful and I love my new car. Would recommend!
Order, mount & balance new tires on my Tundra. Completed on time at agreed price, to my satisfaction. Can’t ask for much more than that from a service department. Well done folks!
