Called several times yesterday with no answer but drove out anyways. Had a sign on the door that said they would be open next day at 0730. Drove back at 0730 next morning. Same sign still on the door, the bays are 2/3s open, two customers in the parking lot, they are still not answering the phone or unlocking the door at 0745. It would be nice if they could answer the phone, change the message, or at least update the sign.

Made an appointment for 7a. Woke up earlier drove 20 minutes and when I walked in to drop off my vehicle for an a/c service I was told “yeah I saw your request yesterday, but we can’t do it. My a/c guy broke his foot and the other is on leave.” They could’ve called me the date I made an appointment and told me they couldn’t do it instead of still confirming my appointment date and time. I wasted an hr and ended up missing a day of work because I thought they were going to keep my vehicle most of the day.
Got 2 new tires. Asked for tires to be rotated which means newest tires on back older in front. Failed to do that. On top of that, they put my tires at a 26 PSI when clearly they are supposed to be at 41 PSI cold pressure. I’m a girl and I even know that. Won’t be going back there anymore since your company is incompetent. When manager Joe was there I never had any problems. Your company should think about looking into this location.

Failed repairs. Alternator and valve cover gasket replaced in late 2021 and in May of 2023, and only 10,000 miles later, had to replace both again because improper installation of gasket caused oil leak, which ruined alternator, along with other things. In June of 2022 they replaced the alternator on my son's car; 6 months and 4,500 miles later he had to have it replaced again. Both repairs done by same technician.
Been doing business with these guys since the early 90's and always had good luck with them.

Fool me twice, shame on me. After a long road trip, I was in need of an oil change and services on both my cars. I started with the Jetta, and while they didn’t complete one of the requested services (cabin filter replacement) they did provide a same-day oil change. I am annoyed that they didn’t/couldn’t reset the maintenance warning on the dash, and that I have to stare at it for the next 10,000 miles. I took my Volvo in for a round of services, and I left with new oil and a new check engine light that they couldn’t fix. I now need a new PCV valve to stop my engine from running lean. The tech was helpful in diagnosing the problem after they had returned it to me, but a car shouldn’t leave the mechanic with more problems than it began. To its credit, they will get you in on the same day. However, I’m sure I won’t go back because I’m 0/2 on cars that have left with everything I asked.

Got my front tires replaced. Very happy with the service.
