Amy and Thor were a great help in walking through process to get a rebate on Destination LE3 tires for our car. It's easy to be charged more than necessary and I feel Thor helped us save some money.

We were in town for my sister’s wedding and had a little tire emergency. Despite being swamped, Bret the manager and his crew took great care of us. In fact the customer service was so good we went ahead and bought four new tires rather than get the old one patched. If you’re anywhere near the area and you need tires, this is the place to go.
I was working in the area, got a screw in the tire! I'm not from there and I'd have been flat by the end of the day. No where else in the area would squeeze me in JOEY found a space for me got me patched and back to work before I finished my lunch at an affordable price as well! His commitment to customer service and quality was top notch!
I have been to Firestone at a different location once in the past and was less than pleased, however the Leavenworth location was absolutely amazing! They were incredibly friendly and helpful! I will absolutely be going back in the future for whatever needs arise with my vehicle!
