Fantastic customer service. Everything was explained up front, there were no surprises. Vehicle was returned washed and clean. Everyone was friendly and accommodating.

Conklins is alright with its service. Got oil change with the 21 pt. Inspection. Person upfront seemed like I was a hassle…. And when the service was done, I had to ask them how the 21 pt. Service was done…. And seemed like to quickly want me to leave.

1st time using them for an oil change and tire rotation on the recommendation of my good friend PW. Comfortable waiting area, fast, and included a car wash and a quick hit with the vacuum. Stress free service.

Most of my experience was great. The people were very friendly. Was not happy that never received a call the work had been completed on car and called about 4:50 to check on if it could be picked up but never received call back and showed up about 5:25 to see about pickup up car but doors were already locked. They say they are open until 5:30. Received call next morning that said it was a reminder call I could pick car up, but should only be reminder if I had received an initial call. Like using their service department as close to home but was a little disappointed this time.
